THRIVE: To make it so means you have to choose!

So the week is coming to a close and we get to choose how we will do it. For some, they may consider coasting across the finish line. For others, they may consider finishing strong. Some may think they don’t have to choose but will let whatever happens. To thrive for the glory of God, we need to decide and make a choice! If you aren’t sure what to do then you probably need to take a hold of Proverbs 3:5-6 which tells us:

‘Trust in the Lord with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. Seek his will in all you do, and he will show you which path to take. ‘

Proverbs 3:5-6

To help you choose, invite the Holy Spirit into the situation and listen to receive the wisdom and discernment you need to choose! Invite the Holy Spirit into the situation so that you can make the choice with the peace of God that surpasses all understanding! Let’s consider all the things on our calendar and make sure we are putting first things first in order to finish the week strong so that in and through it all God will receive the praise, the honor, and the glory in Jesus’ name.

Do you have family matters to take care of? Do you have 1:1 meetings to take care of? Do you have planning meetings to take care of? Do you have tasks that need to get done before you close out the work week? Lean into God! Give your calendar up to and over to God so that rather than trying to figure it out on your own and leaning on your own understanding, choose to acknowledge God in all you do and allow Him to show you which path to take! We don’t have to know it all! We don’t have to understand it all! We just need to trust God and acknowledge Him who does know and understand it all! Let’s do it His way so that He is able to show us the path to take, even when it doesn’t seem to make sense!

Happy Today!

Today’s Verse of the Day:

‘But love your enemies, do good to them, and lend to them without expecting to get anything back. Then your reward will be great, and you will be children of the Most High, because he is kind to the ungrateful and wicked. ‘

Luke 6:35

Prayer Of Salvation
"Oh Father God, I believe with all of my heart that Jesus died on the cross for my sake and has risen from the dead. Lord, I receive Your Word and I repent of my sins. I renounce the past. Come into my heart, Lord Jesus. I receive my forgiveness. I receive the new birth, cleansed and washed in the Word and in the precious blood of Jesus. Fill me with Your Spirit, in Jesus' name. Amen."
