Purpose, ever tried to do something without it? Ever struggled to do something because you didn’t understand or see the purpose? Ever thrived because you understood the purpose and were able to live with, on, and for it? Is purpose a thing or an action for you?
Looking up the definition we find the following:
Ever heard of or read the book by Rick Warren titled The Purpose Driven Life?
Looking for that something to motivate you or get you going? What you are looking for is purpose! What you are needing is the cause within you, the one great thing God created you to do in this world! Over the COVID years, reading the book by Matthew Barnett by this name, I have started the journey of Be The Dads! There are so many things involved in this from being the dad my wife needs me to be the dad my kids need me to be to helping other dads or soon-to-be dads by speaking and providing resources to high school boys, dads in church, dads who have been incarcerated, dads around the community and around the world! How about you? Are you looking for a purpose to drive your life? Are you looking for the cause God put within you to accomplish? Could today be the start of just such a journey? The choice is yours! The decision is yours! And putting your purpose into action is also yours!
