What eyes are you using to see where you are headed? What truth are you following down the path? Where is the X on your map? What is your next victory?

Ever since the big move decision, God has provided me with decisions that have lead me closer to Him. A house that was near the church I now call home. A job that was different than the ones I had applied for in order to provide me with the experiences He desired. A Prius which I wanted which has worked out even better because He knew the benefits far beyond what I was thinking from beginning to end. A strong beginning and foundation for Him to be able to build upon. He provided me wisdom through His Word, through His pastors who preached and taught from His Word (Sunday sermons, Wednesday studies), through classes like Cleansing Stream which opened doors and broke me from from bondages and habits, through learning to serve others in the church and in the community and at work. The freedom that was released through all of this has lead me through continued journeys and experiences that God has been able to continue to help me learn and grow. I am still alive so there are still more things to do and to learn. I still have challenges and struggles that I need to be able to respond to and work through, overcome what the enemy would want me to respond with in my flesh but rather respond with truth and love through the spirit. God wants us to win the victory and be overcomers through Christ who strengthens us.

Consider where you are
as I consider where I am
and
visualize what does victory look like today.

Take a read of Deuteronomy 28 to learn about the blessings and the consequences of your choice to obey or disobey God’s direction. Today’s verse comes from this chapter and guides us towards what it takes to achieve our victory, so visualize what it will take, learn from God’s Word to help you be able to realize your battles and victories. So today instead of trying to go out and do it on your own and in your own power, start working with God and walking with His Spirit so that you can conquer the battle and realize the victories He has planned for your life.

So let’s walk the most incredible and powerful journey
of transformation
into who God desires us to be
by saying
“God, I want to change.
I want to please You.”

Let’s get into this frame of mind. Let’s get free from one thing and then move on to the next and break the chains that are holding us back one at a time. These steps will help build up your faith and help you to realize the real power and authority in Christ. Live your life with the thrills of growing and changing so that you can hold onto and realize the victories God can do through you.

“Take some time today to visualize the person you want to be and start pursuing God’s freedom. Because one day at a time, you and God can do anything!”(quote)

Visualize Your Victory

13 The LORD your God will make you the leader among the nations and not a follower; you will always prosper and never fail if you obey faithfully all his commands that I am giving you today.

Deuteronomy 28:13

Prayer Starter (taken from today’s devotional):

God, I believe that I can experience Your freedom. Today, I visualize the free person I can be in You. Empower me as I live to please You and walk in the authority You’ve given me.

Heavenly Father,
I thank You Lord for this new day and for the incredible testimonies You have provided for me through this walk of faith. I thank You Lord for making me the man I have become and who You continue to work in and through to transform me to be more and more like Jesus. I know there is much work to be done and I thank You Lord for the work You have already completed in me. Lord, as I live, I know there is so much more that You desire to teach me and to do in me. Help me Lord today to change and to do what pleases You. Help me Lord as a husband, a father, a son, a brother, a friend, an employee, a coworker. Lord, all things are possible through those who believe. Lord, nothing is impossible for You. Victory comes from You. Help me Lord to to not walk in fear, but in faith. I give up every worry and concern onto Your shoulders, for You will share the burden and produce the transformation in me and the victory for Your glory. Lord may in all I say and do, may every thought and action bring You praise, honor, and glory in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Verse of the Day

1 Now that we have been put right with God through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. 2 He has brought us by faith into this experience of God’s grace, in which we now live. And so we boast of the hope we have of sharing God’s glory!

Romans 5:1-2

Fearful to Fearless

By [the help of] God I will praise His word; on God I lean, rely, and confidently put my trust; I will not fear. What can man, who is flesh, do to me?

Psalm 56:4 (AMP)

Biblical Truth: When we are afraid we can place our trust and confidence in God and praise Him for His promises. Do not fear what man can do because men can only do what God permits. When we put our trust in God, He is glorified.
